Position: Senior Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Project Planning and Leadership:

- Lead strategic project planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Conduct resource planning and oversee subcontractors' plans for optimal resource allocation.

- Provide detailed weekly progress reports to stakeholders and uphold health and safety standards on-site.

- Manage material procurement processes efficiently to ensure seamless workflow.

2. Project Execution Excellence and Stakeholder Management:

- Directly oversee the integration of electrical systems into project frameworks.

- Lead weekly site meetings to foster effective communication and problem-solving.

- Participate in client inspections, managing expectations and relationships.

3. Quality Control and Continuous Improvement:

- Monitor project progress and make proactive adjustments to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Establish and enforce stringent quality control procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

4. Effective Communication and Reporting:

- Maintain open communication channels with contractors, team members, and stakeholders.

- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, offering clear insights into project status.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

- Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and collaboration platforms.

- Several years of experience in senior-level electrical project management or related roles.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
