Senior Electrical Supervisor

Strategic Oversight and Planning:
Take a lead role in devising comprehensive electrical project strategies, collaborating closely with project managers and clients
Assume responsibility for resource planning within designated areas, including oversight of subcontractors' resource plans.
Regularly provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols on site, overseeing the implementation of best practices.
Efficiently manage material procurement from warehouses to optimize workflow and project timelines.
Project Execution Leadership:
Coordinate effectively with other contractors to seamlessly integrate electrical systems into overall project frameworks.
Lead weekly site meetings with contractors to facilitate communication and coordination, ensuring project milestones are met.
Participate in client inspections, showcasing project progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
Quality Control and Adaptability:
Monitor project progress closely and implement necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Establish and enforce stringent quality control procedures to uphold industry standards and ensure project excellence.
Effective Communication and Reporting:
Maintain open lines of communication with contractors and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
In-depth knowledge of electrical components and cables, with a strong emphasis on industry standards and best practices.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and collaboration platforms.
Extensive experience in electrical supervisory roles or related positions, demonstrating leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire teams.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
