Position summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. This position will be responsible for evaluating, structuring, and enhancing Team Electric’s digital and graphical profile. The coordinator will collaborate closely with sales and estimation teams, creating marketing materials and templates to support internal operations. Additionally, the role will focus on utilizing LinkedIn as a main marketing channel to strengthen the brand and raise awareness. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with a strong ability to support marketing initiatives and project tasks effectively
Department responsibilities:
· Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage marketing materials, including templates and presentations.
· Assist in the development of digital content, including social media posts and LinkedIn updates.
· Coordinate with sales and estimation teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with project needs.
· Manage marketing progress reports and communicate results to the CCO.
· Support the creation and maintenance of the company’s digital and graphical profile.
· Handle administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns and ensure timely execution.
· Provide backup support for other departments as needed, with a focus on coordinating internal marketing efforts.
· Assist with content planning and approvals, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand strategy.
· Monitor the performance of marketing efforts and provide suggestions for improvement.
· Assist with internal branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the company’s marketing strategy across teams.
Qualifications:
· Relevant degree and/or work experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
· Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish.
· Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, brand development, and reporting.
· Time management and multitasking skills.
· Proficient with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
· Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
